NEW Service Protocols

Where possible we will use disposable or single-use supplies (including towels and bed sheets). *Facial/Waxing robes will not be available, please wear whatever you feel comfortable being waxed in. *Clients may not touch spa nail polish bottles, or any products on our shelves (no other tools allowed in spa from outside)*Waiting area will not be available (cannot wait in spa for polish to dry) *We have invested in a Sanitizer and Autoclave *$5 surcharge per visit to help cover the additional costs. We know that you can appreciate paying a little more for services that comply with health regulations

*Open by appointment only *Please call when you arrive and wait outside.*Please do not bring large purses or bags to the Spa.*Please do not bring guests to your appointment, including children *Mask/face shield must be worn *Everyone will be required to apply hand sanitizer *Hand washing is required before every treatment *Please do not bring beverages/food into Spa *Testers for products will not be available *Clients must answer pre-screening questionnaire prior to appointment  *Contact information will be collected and maintained for a month, and be made available for disclosure if required.
 
We will ease into this new normal.

There will be temporary changes to our appointment protocols and our hours may be different but we will offer the same level of service along with enhanced safety and sanitation measures.
